Lee Hiuyan 李曉欣 is an interdisciplinary media artist who engages in sound, light, design, and electronics — often in the form of physical installations, interactive works, sound and light projects, sound pieces, and performance.

In her world view, technology is sentimental — moreover, a tool to be sentimental with. Drawing inspiration from her roots, her engagement with surrounding environments, and both technological and non-technological infrastructure, she seeks a poetic approach to translating sentimentality through bits and bytes, routes on 1oz copper plate, voltage fluctuations and logic gates — finding irrationality in rationality, materialising poetic metaphors.

Currently completing a Master's degree in Digital Media at the University of the Arts Bremen.
